About the project
This project was created by people who have been organizing tree planting in various places around the world for decades.
The Federal Forestry Agency is a professional department responsible for all forest policy in Russia. The total annual number of seedlings is about 1 billion.
ANO "Garden of Memory" is the organizer of the largest public tree planting projects "Garden of Memory" and "Save the Forest" with a total number of seedlings up to 100 million each year.
The Moscow City Organization (MCO) of the All-Russian Society for Nature Protection (ARSNP) is one of the oldest mass organizations founded in 1924, which has planted more than 5 billion trees in its history.
The Moscow organization of the ARSNP defends the contribution of boreal forests to climate stabilization and believes that every tree, regardless of its location, is a carbon dioxide (CO2) sink. And everyone who planted a tree contributes to solving this important problem.

What the Climate certificate shows
A climate certificate is evidence that a tree has been planted and has taken root. Verification of planting and survival of trees is carried out by specialists of the Moscow City Organization of the All-Russian Society for Nature Protection and a division of the Federal Forestry Agency.
If you wish, you can assign a name to your tree or plot and finance agrotechnical measures to ensure the survival and therefore climate efficiency of your planting.
The ClimCoin climate certificate was developed with the participation of experts from all over the world and can be used to offset the carbon footprint when consistent with the absorption calculation method used in the country of presentation. Accounting for the use of ClimCoin certificates will be organized using blockchain methods to ensure end-to-end international verification.
